Bone infections – animal models and clinical research

The aim of the symposium is to give an introduction to development and organisation of animal and clinical studies of bone infections. Focus will be on what to consider prior to and during the experimental study period to obtain reliable and reproducible results. Results from animal models and clinical studies of bone infections will also be included in the presentations.
